Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
